A Production / Stage Manager
(Full-time permanent contract starting January 2026)
Missions and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Administrative Director and as part of a small, dedicated team, the Production Manager is primarily responsible for the operational implementation of the ensemble’s artistic projects, working closely with the musicians and the ensemble’s partners.
Missions and responsabilities:
· Developing, planning, and monitoring productions (creations, rehearsals, concerts, tours, recordings, residencies).
· Coordination between artists, technical teams, venues, and partners.
· Managing project logistics (schedules, travel, accommodations, artist hospitality, transport of equipment).
· Drafting contracts and monitoring project budgets.
· Ordering, sending, and archiving scores.
· Coordinating project-related information with the Communication Manager.
· Overseeing stage management during productions: setting up equipment (music stands, instruments), stage changes, and preparing technical riders.
· If necessary, the Production/Stage Manager may occasionally assist the team with other tasks (such as administrative support, ticketing, or audience reception) shared within this small-scale organization.
Profile
· Experience in production within the performing arts sector (experience in contemporary or classical music appreciated).
· Curiosity and interest in culture and music.
· Excellent organizational, prioritization, and coordination skills.
· Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, flexibility, and autonomy.
· English and French at B2 level; any additional language will be considered an asset.
· Any technical knowledge related to stage work will be considered an asset.
· Driving license and access to a vehicle.
Conditions
· Type of contract: Full-time permanent position (40 hours) or to be agreed upon.
· Salary: To be determined according to profile and experience.
· Work location: Luxembourg City.
· Occasional travel required (within Luxembourg and abroad).
· Availability in the evenings and on weekends during productions.
Timeline
· Start date: January 2026 (or to be agreed upon).
