The Lucilin: Now! series kicks off its third season at the Philharmonie!
From the Espace Découverte to the Grand Auditorium, and via the Chamber Music Hall, United Instruments of Lucilin invites you to journey from one atmosphere to another, from one sound world to the next. Each concert includes an Artist Talk – a special moment to engage with the performers, shed light on the works, and share impressions and curiosity.
3 dates, 3 ways to explore contemporary music
14 October 2025 — A Blind Date with Lucilin
Entering the hall without knowing what will be played — that’s the challenge. Our musicians perform a work whose title and composer remain a mystery.
After this first immersion, the keys to the piece are revealed, the conversation flows, and the music returns — familiar, yet already transformed.
17 March 2026 — Schnee
In Schnee, Hans Abrahamsen weaves a soundscape as delicate as a snowflake, inspired by Bach and Andersen. Between stillness and muted movement, the repeated canons transform into a hypnotic and ever-changing winter landscape, where each listening reveals new light.
24 June 2026 — A Ritual for Lucilin
Soprano Juliet Fraser creates a unique ritual for and with United Instruments of Lucilin, blending early music traditions with contemporary languages. A stage space at the frontier between concert and ceremony, where the unexpected becomes the rule.
