Là où les notes impactent la toile

Danielle Hennicot offered us a captivating fusion of music and visual art by sharing the stage with the illustrator, painter, and engraver Pit Wagner. Review of Lucilin in the City #11: Live Painting Concert.

During « Lucilin in the City #11: Live Painting Concert, » a door opened to unexplored landscapes. On Sunday, January 28th, at Drescherhaus, Pit Wagner’s brushes danced to the rhythm of the music performed by our violist Danielle Hennicot.

Between the plains of Anna Thorvaldsdottir, the Uzbek inspirations of Missy Mazzoli, and the profound breaths of Kaija Saariaho, we strolled through the thoughts of the artists revealed by François Sarhan. At the heart of the inexplicable relationship they maintain with their tools, they serve this strange thing called art.
