Lucilin in the City #9 – Nothing to Remember
”I’ve worked my whole life to hold onto my memories. I don’t want them to slip away. This is what the work is about, trying to hold onto my memories.” Louise Bourgeois.
The 2023 edition of the rainy days festival presents a kaleidoscope dedicated to “Memory”. On this occasion, six musicians of United Instruments of Lucilin will offer their own musical reading of Louise Bourgeois’ art book Nothing to Remember, where the words and images are tentative and delicate, conveying the significance and fleetingness of memories.
