The Raven, T. Hosokawa / Heart Sutra, C. Jost
TNL organises a chamber music opera night with Toshio Hosokawa's "The Raven" and Christian Jost's "Heart Sutra"
Théâtre National du Luxembourg will present, on December 7 and 10 2017, two contemporary chamber music opera and has called in United Instruments of Lucilin to assure the musical part. The first one, « Heart Sutra » by Christian Jost is based on eponymous poem by Chinese writer Eileen Chang. The second one is well-known by Lucilin’s musicians as the Ensemble has commissioned it in 2012 to Japanese composer Toshio Hosokawa, this time organized by TNL with a new staging and singer Polina Artsis.
